The design integrates the commercial signage and facade, adding an exterior terrace and landscaped flower pool to create a lively, eco-friendly, and minimalist architectural form. The facade features light yellow aluminum panels that harmonize with neighboring buildings, respecting the overall aesthetic of Zongfu Road’s commercial core. Inspired by the original building’s horizontal light and dark stone pattern, the facade incorporates decorative horizontal lines of varying widths through standardized grooves, delivering a sleek and modern appearance.

The elevated public floor, designed in harmony with the building’s architecture, serves as the main entrance hub for the podium’s commercial complex and a vibrant stage for urban youth activities. The retail department on the first floor features a pedestrian walkway adjacent to the main road, while the dining area on the second floor is easily accessible via an escalator from the elevated level. The shared office space and dining on the fourth floor, including WE WORK, are accessible by an elevated elevator.
