Project Overview
The Tengchong International Baseball Park is situated in Qushi Town, Tengchong City, Baoshan City, Yunnan Province, covering a total area of 128,500 square meters.
Designed with the principles of “landscape architecture, cultural essence, and dynamic vitality”, the project embraces the philosophy that “clear waters and green mountains are as valuable as mountains of gold and silver”. It harmoniously incorporates Yunnan’s stunning natural environment, characterized by distant mountains and nearby rivers and lakes, to establish an international baseball park and stimulate a new market for baseball sports in Tengchong.
Project Positioning
In alignment with Tengchong’s regional market development and relevant policies, this project aims to create an industrial cluster integrating commercial real estate, tourism, overseas education, film and television, variety shows, and other “baseball+IP” industries. It is envisioned as a baseball ecological park that combines sports, training, cultural events, rehabilitation, tourism, and vacation functions, all centered around the theme of holistic health and sports.

△ Overall Site Layout Plan
The layout concept, titled “One Belt, One Heart, Two Wings”, revolves around the baseball venues, with athlete support services forming the “two wings”. These functional clusters are connected by the Silk Road lifestyle service corridor, known as “One Belt”, creating a clear and cohesive overall plan.
The architectural design draws inspiration from the “camel hump culture” and mountainous terrain, integrating both functional and aesthetic elements. A multi-level transportation system along the Silk Road links all functional zones and access points, unifying the entire space. A scenic riverside landscape and a unique hiking trail leading to the rooftop garden add to the immersive experience, making it an ideal destination for visitors.

The baseball sports area, residential zones, and commercial districts are distinctly zoned to avoid interference while maintaining interconnectedness.
