BIM Q&A | What is the BIM Certificate Issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security? Where Can I Register?
What is the official name of the BIM certificate issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security? Where can you register for it? This article provides answers to these questions and more.
I am currently applying for the National BIM Skill Level Examination Certificate through the Chinese Society of Graphic Design. The Training Certificate is issued by the Education and Training Center of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of China.
Upon passing the “National BIM Skill Level Examination,” candidates receive two certificates: the “Training Certificate” and the “National BIM Skill Level Examination Certificate.”
The certification levels are as follows:
- Level 1: BIM Modeling Technology (applicable regardless of major)
- Level 2: BIM Advanced Modeling Technology (specialized by major)
- Level 3: BIM Application Design Technology (specialized by major)
The National BIM Skill Level Examination Certificate is issued by the Chinese Society of Graphic Design.
The corresponding certificates for each level are:
- Level 1 Certificate: BIM Modeler (regardless of major)
- Level 2 Certificate: BIM Senior Modeler (specialized by major)
- Level 3 Certificate: BIM Application Designer (specialized by major)
To better reflect candidates’ actual skill levels, certificates classify results into three categories based on exam scores: Pass, Good, and Excellent. This classification is clearly indicated on the certificate.
