By installing smart electricity, water, and gas meters equipped with sensing capabilities, it becomes possible to collect, transmit, and analyze building energy consumption data in real time. These meters can also upload data at scheduled times or fixed points, offering a scalable solution for energy conservation and emission reduction efforts.
