BIM Q&A | Is a BIM Contract Considered a Construction Contract Dispute?
The probationary salary should be 8,000. According to the Labor Contract Law, an employee’s salary during the probation period must not be lower than the minimum wage for the same position within the company or less than 80% of the salary agreed upon in the labor contract. Additionally, it cannot be below the minimum wage standards set by the employer’s location.
In Li’s case, the agreed salary in the contract is 10,000. Therefore, based on the Labor Contract Law, the probation period salary should be no less than 80% of this amount, which equals 8,000.
