BIM Q&A | How to Automatically Display Dimensions Between Axis Lines in Revit Like in CAD
Also, how to set the horizontal axis symbols as numbers while keeping the vertical axis symbols as letters.

The main challenge is that Revit does not automatically generate axis labels as numbers or letters. To address this, you need to manually set the label for the first axis line you draw. After that, the subsequent axis labels will follow in sequence.

For example, when drawing the horizontal axis lines first and then the vertical axis lines, you can assign the horizontal axis to use numbers by modifying the label on the first horizontal axis line. Similarly, for the vertical axis, you can set the first axis line to a letter. Once set, all following axis lines will update automatically according to your initial settings.
