Start by displaying the floor plan or ceiling projection view. Then, navigate to the Architecture tab and locate the Build panel. From there, select the Roof dropdown menu and choose Footprint Roofs.

Keep in mind, if you try to add a roof at the lowest elevation, a prompt will appear asking you to raise the roof to a higher elevation before proceeding.
