Is it possible to import 3D models of BIM field layouts into Revit 2016?

Revit MEP is designed specifically for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering. It integrates building structure functions from AR.ST software with 3D modeling capabilities, commonly referred to as BIM (Building Information Modeling) within the industry.
I am not familiar with the term “field cloth.” However, BIM typically supports linking 3D models in RVT format, which is the native project file format used by Revit.
