BIM Q&A | How to Remove Watermarks in Enscape
Using professional image editing software like Photoshop, you can remove watermarks and text by applying one of the following methods, depending on the watermark’s characteristics:
1. Clone Stamp Tool
This is a commonly used technique. Select the Clone Stamp tool, hold down the Alt key, and click on an area with similar colors or patterns that is free of text to sample. Then, drag the mouse over the watermark area to copy and overwrite the watermark.
2. Healing Tools
If the image background has a consistent color or pattern, healing tools can be more convenient. Select the Patch tool, set the patch type to “Source” in the options bar, and disable the “Transparency” option. Use it to repair the watermark area.
3. Using Similar Shapes or Patterns
In some cases, you can select shapes or patterns from areas without text, press Ctrl+J to duplicate them into a new layer, and then use the transform tools to adjust and cover the watermark quickly.
4. Content-Aware Fill
Tools like Content-Aware Fill (intelligent fill) can also be used to repair and remove watermarks effectively.
