BIM Q&A | Why Does Tekla Show ‘Error Code 0’ When Opening a File?
This issue often stems from a loading error. If Tekla was working previously but suddenly fails to open files, it might be due to an interrupted loading process. To resolve this, try clearing your browser history by going to Internet Options and deleting your cookies. Afterward, log back into the Warring States period and reload the application completely.
If the problem persists, it could be caused by incomplete plugin updates or an outdated Flash version. Use the 360 software to update them to the latest versions.
Should the issue continue, scan your system for viruses first. After removing any threats, use 360’s Internet Explorer to attempt a repair. If that still doesn’t work, try the 360 repair expert tool and follow its steps to fix the problem.
Finally, if none of these solutions succeed, reinstall Internet Explorer. After a restart, Tekla should work correctly.
