BIM Q&A | How to Convert Structural Templates into Architectural Templates in Revit

The main difference between structural and architectural templates lies in certain family configurations and display settings. In my opinion, it is not essential to fully convert a structural template into an architectural one.

Instead, you can simply add any missing elements based on your project requirements. For example, if building components are not visible in the structural template, you can adjust the category from “Structure” to “Architecture” or “Coordination” in the settings to make them appear.
