BIM Q&A | How to Disable the 3D View Rotation Center in Revit 2014

I’m not sure what setting is causing this, but when I hold down Shift and use the scroll wheel to rotate the 3D view, the model always rotates around a fixed point as the center of rotation. Could anyone please advise how to disable this rotation center? Thank you.
