BIM Q&A | Why Does Tekla Crash?
Recently, every time I access the section library through the beam attribute interface in a specific model, Tekla crashes consistently. This issue is isolated to this particular model, as other models do not experience any crashes when accessing the same feature.
For Samsung phone users encountering similar issues, the following steps are generally recommended:
- Excessive cache may cause software malfunctions. Try clearing the app cache by navigating to Settings > Application Manager > All > [App Name] > Storage > Clear Data. Note: Clearing data will permanently delete all app data.
- If possible, uninstall the app, then reinstall it or try a different version of the software to see if the issue persists.
- If the problem continues, update your mobile system to the latest version. Important: Back up your device data before upgrading.
- If your system is already up to date, back up your data and try restoring your device to factory settings.
- Should the issue remain unresolved after these steps, please bring your purchase receipt, repair card, and device to the service center for further inspection.
