Why Doesn’t the Disassembly Option Appear After Linking BIM Q&A to Revit?

Why is there no disassembly option after linking BIM Q&A | Revit?
During my senior year, while working on my final project, I was worried about encountering issues on my computer. To avoid this, I created separate projects for multiple buildings and linked them together to form a building complex. However, now I’ve discovered that the linked model cannot be disassembled — the disassembly option simply doesn’t appear. It’s frustrating!
Even when the building sample project is linked to the mechanical and electrical project, the option to disassemble is still unavailable. Has anyone else experienced this issue? If any experienced users know the solution, I would greatly appreciate your guidance. What is the reason why there is no disassembly option after the BIM Q&A | Revit link comes in?
