BIM Q&A | How to Model Audience Seating in a Revit Sports Center?
I am currently working on a course design project using Revit for modeling. I have already created a prototype using SketchUp. However, I’m unsure how to proceed with modeling the audience seating area. I’m seeking advice and ideas from the community.
To clarify, the design phase is complete, but I’m struggling with how to model the raised seating sections in the audience hall. I want to achieve a CAD-style sectional view once it’s cut open, but I don’t know the best approach to do this in Revit. I’m also curious about how experienced users handle this.
So far, I haven’t been able to find any Revit sports arena models online for reference. If anyone has a detailed Revit model of a sports center and is willing to share it, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
