BIM Q&A | Why Does the Grass Interface Show a Mirror Effect When Importing Lumion Model Files?

I have a question: When I import a Lumion file into the Lumion grassland interface on my computer, the entire area appears as a reflective mirror. None of the materials are selectable. Interestingly, this issue does not occur on other people’s computers, and my computer handles other Lumion files without any problems. This issue only happens with this specific file.

Is there any way to fix this? I would really appreciate any help from experts or anyone familiar with this problem!
