BIM Q&A | CATIA Genuine License Server Issue
Due to work requirements, a CATIA genuine version was installed on a client’s computer (a reputable large company client). However, after the installation, the software failed to recognize the license server.
The image below shows two instances of CATIA running on the same machine: the one on the left has no external plug-ins installed, while the one on the right includes them.
Has anyone encountered this type of issue before? Is there a specific address for the active license server?
