This seven-story apartment complex, located in the General Baz district of Córdoba city, features vendors on the ground floor.

The designer aimed to create living room and bedroom spaces that are both comfortable and spacious.

Thanks to the standardized layering of the building, the designers installed a series of metal mesh balconies as extensions to the main structure, giving each apartment its own private outdoor space.

After carefully determining the ideal location for hygienic functions during the design process, the architect centralized these areas within the building. All related equipment is suspended from a technical ceiling, simplifying future maintenance efforts.

To fulfill the city government’s art installation requirements, the project hosted a competition that attracted over 20 artists. The winning piece, titled “Luna Catamarca,” is a moon-shaped sculpture that emits light at night and is installed on the building’s rooftop.
