Located in Magsin Park, this new premium residential development introduces innovative apartments within a fresh green community in Norway’s Skiwest New District. The building is situated on the grounds of a former military camp, thoughtfully integrating with the surrounding historical landscape and the architectural character of the 1890s—both striking and understated.
By focusing on high-quality, site-oriented architectural techniques, this project enhances the site’s inherent qualities while promoting its ongoing growth and development.

The residential complex comprises 38 apartments featuring large openings and private outdoor spaces. The tower’s geometric form provides all units with high ceilings and shaded terraces, enhancing both space and comfort.

Designed by Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter for Key West, the tower is wrapped with linear terraces featuring railings crafted from perforated copper plates adorned with distinctive patterns. This detail lends the project a unique architectural identity.
