Ruixiang New District Commercial Pedestrian Street is positioned as a modern landmark and a comprehensive commercial hub. It integrates a wide range of services including shopping, dining, entertainment, leisure, hotels, finance, and business offices.
The full proposal consists of 42 pages featuring aerial views, renderings, elevation and section drawings, design descriptions, analysis diagrams, and schematic illustrations. Additionally, it includes detailed CAD layouts.
The commercial layout is organized as follows: On the west side of the pedestrian street, the ground-floor commercial buildings primarily house professional shopping malls with an array of retail shops inside. These four malls specialize in clothing, small commodities, furniture, and building materials respectively.
On the east side, mid- to high-rise commercial and office buildings dominate. Large shopping malls are located within the podiums of three commercial and financial office buildings in the southern section. To the north, two high-rise towers serve as hotels and hotel-style apartments, featuring dining and entertainment venues in their podiums.
The eastern building podium faces the commercial street and includes a continuous corridor lined with boutique shops, creating an inviting shopping experience throughout the area.
