This small-scale, low-density residential complex is situated on a narrow site measuring 43.30 meters in length and 8.66 meters in width, located in the Urquisa administrative district in northwest Buenos Aires. The complex consists of two volumes constructed using exposed concrete blocks and Cerbel U-shaped prefabricated panels. Each volume has four floors, designed to accommodate multiple households, with each unit spanning two floors and featuring a private terrace.

The basement houses a hydraulic elevator equipment room, an electricity meter, and a clean water tank. The outdoor extension space and transportation areas are supported by independent metal structures. This design emphasizes the two facades of the residential complex facing both the street and the back street. These facades feature deep extension terraces surrounded by welded metal mesh and paved with wooden boards. The terraces are staggered and overlap strategically to maximize natural light and maintain a harmonious relationship with the existing trees on and around the site. These trees provide ample shade in this block, which is largely free of high-rise buildings.
