The complete proposal package includes an aerial view, renderings, floor plans, design descriptions, schematic diagrams, and a comprehensive set of detailed CAD files.
This community is situated in the heart of Taizhou New District, just south of People’s Square and west of the Municipal Government Building. Its geographical location offers significant advantages and strong potential for value appreciation. The design for this site carries two important historical missions.
First, the design must fully reflect the overall image of the new district, showcasing the modern spirit of Taizhou while aligning with its future development prospects. It should be forward-looking.
Second, the design should create a modern ecological community that features a beautiful environment, functional practicality, and a civilized atmosphere.
Architecture is often described as frozen music, and we hope to compose this project as a musical piece. Whether you are walking through the community or observing it from a distance, the rhythm and harmony of the design will resonate like the keys of an orange piano, bringing the architecture to life.
