The client requested a house that not only features a spacious living room oriented toward the site’s most valuable asset—the breathtaking scenery—but also accommodates the practical needs of a family with children. All these requirements were carefully considered within the couple’s budget.

The main challenge was planning a residence on steep terrain. To address this, the design embraces openness and tranquility, offering stunning views of both mountains and the city below. The architecture is clear and linear, with overlapping floors that follow the natural contours of the site.
The structure features a linear volume, characterized by a light, transparent framework and expansive terrace openings that invite the outdoors in.
