Automated Control Systems in Prefabricated Construction

The automation control system is the software backbone of the prefabricated assembly line. It works closely with the production equipment used in prefabricated buildings, managing and directing the flow of data and signals to ensure the equipment operates efficiently and smoothly.

Once the production data is sent from the design department to the factory’s main control computer, the automation control system takes charge of several critical tasks. These include template allocation, mechanical control, template movement, scheduling, order processing, and handling all factory management information and data.

In simple terms, the automation control system serves as the brain of the prefabricated automation assembly line.
