The production of solid floor slabs closely resembles that of solid wall panels, with all reinforcement completed in the factory. Typically, the concrete thickness is around 20 centimeters. Unlike laminated floor slabs, solid core floor slabs used in prefabricated buildings do not require on-site concrete pouring, which significantly speeds up construction.
These solid floor slabs are especially well-suited for buildings that have multiple intersecting pipes, heavy load requirements, and high fire resistance ratings.
