Deepening design involves refining, supplementing, and converting initial design schemes and condition drawings into practical construction drawings. This process incorporates on-site realities to ensure that the resulting drawings meet the technical standards of the original design, comply with relevant regional regulations and construction codes, and pass all necessary reviews. The final drawings integrate graphic details and serve as direct guides for on-site construction.
There are two main categories of deepening design services: project-specific deepening design and consulting and training in deepening design.
Project-specific deepening design is based on the building structure diagrams provided by the client (Party A) for the purpose of precast concrete (PC) component splitting. Using architectural, structural, and electrical drawings supplied by Party A’s professional design institute, the components are divided, and detailed splitting design drawings are issued. These typically include detailed instructions for component splitting, engineering plan splitting drawings, assembly node details, wall structure details, quantity lists, component structural details, connection node details, lifting details, and embedded parts installation details.
Depending on the characteristics of the project structure and Party A’s requirements, the primary components to be split include precast concrete exterior and interior wall panels, beams, composite panels, PCF panels, staircase panels, balcony panels, air conditioning panels, and parapets.

The consulting and training services focus on PC component production practices, offering instruction on key aspects and methods of split design. Training covers split design principles, PC component splitting, related design software, and the creation of split design drawings.
These training modules include:
a. Principles of split design: Studying relevant standards, codes, regulations, and guidelines related to the split design of prefabricated concrete structures.
b. PC component splitting training: Focusing on shear wall structural characteristics, covering main component types such as precast concrete exterior and interior wall panels, beams, composite panels, PCF panels, staircase panels, balcony panels, air conditioning panels, and parapets.
c. Training on split design software: Utilizing 3D design software for more intuitive and accurate component modeling.
d. Split design drawing training: Covering detailed instructions for component splitting, engineering plan splitting drawings, assembly node details, wall structure details, quantity lists, component structural details, connection node details, lifting details, and embedded parts installation details.
