The project is situated outside the city center, nestled in a picturesque area of the Alps where both natural and cultural landmarks are clearly distinguishable.

Although located outside urban areas, the site holds strategic importance and maintains strong connections to public amenities such as schools, recreational centers, and infrastructure. The building serves multiple functions, hosting community gatherings, performances, and entertainment events. It is designed to accommodate concerts, theater productions, conferences, art exhibitions, and expos.
This project draws inspiration from the characteristic landscape and urban fabric of Agodo, forging a new architectural language. A defining feature of the building is its repeated sloping roof, creating a distinctive silhouette visible from south to north across the surrounding landscape.

The architectural concept is inspired by traditional Alpine valley buildings, known as Tabia, incorporating wooden frames and cross-bracing elements. The supporting structure is primarily timber, emphasizing environmental sustainability while respecting Alpine architectural heritage.

The northern and western facades feature expansive transparent glass curtain walls that frame panoramic views of the mountains from the main hall. In contrast, the east and south facades are solid, facing a sloped green area and a pickup zone respectively.

The large overhanging roof above the glass walls shields the main entrance and wooden framework from weather exposure. It also helps regulate temperature by blocking direct sunlight during summer while allowing solar heat to penetrate in winter, reducing cooling and heating costs.

The structural grid is a key element in the design, shaping the interior layout. It results in a lightweight construction, a distinctive roof form, and a unique architectural identity.
