It covers water supply, drainage, hot water, fire hydrants, and sprinkler systems, offering an all-in-one solution for pipeline design, connection, adjustment, hydraulic calculations, and intelligent layout.

The software complies with the Electrical BIM Building Electrical Common Component Parameters Atlas while respecting designers’ habits by blending 2D and 3D design approaches to reduce the learning curve. Hongye’s Electromechanical Deepening Software offers a fast, straightforward solution enabling rapid alignment, automatic connection, and clash avoidance for various professional pipelines. It supports segmenting pipelines by processing length and numbering pipe segments, extracting layout supports and hangers with multiple support forms, batch numbering, and profile statistics.
The software allows mechanical and electrical designers to perform one-click hole openings and information extraction, add sleeves and annotations, and facilitates civil engineers’ hole opening, viewing, annotation, and batch deletion based on extracted information files. It also supports adding or removing insulation layers and compiling or exporting equipment and material lists by specialty within views, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of mechanical and electrical detailing work.
Decoration
Hongye BIMSpace decoration design software follows the principle of guiding construction through design, freeing users from tedious modeling tasks on the BIM platform. This allows designers to focus more on refining and perfecting their plans.
The new ceiling layout function uses actual construction methods to create BIM models, supporting the two most common ceiling types in practice. It presets all common national and non-standard main materials available on the market. To address frequent disconnects between past drawing practices and real construction, the software summarizes key rules ensuring that the suspended ceiling keel system aligns fully with construction standards.
Additionally, wallpaper installation is optimized through a tiling feature that quickly lays wall tiles, stone, floral tiles, wavy lines, floor cushions, and more.
