1. Open SketchUp (either 2017 or 2018 versions are compatible).
2. In the menu bar, click Window and then select Extension Manager.
3. Click the option to install a new extension.
4. Locate and select the file lumion_ivesync_for_Sketchup_3.50.764_0.rbz to load the linkage plugin.
5. To use the plugin, import the SketchUp scene file into Lumion 9 and click the Play button to establish the real-time connection.
