Revit does not require plugins to export detail tables to Excel spreadsheets.
Simply select the pre-made detailed list, then click on File and choose Export → Report – Detailed Table.
Next, choose the location where you want to save the detail table and click Save.
A dialog box will appear, allowing you to customize the title, header, and footer as needed. Click OK to proceed.
The exported file will be in TXT format. To convert it into an Excel spreadsheet, open the TXT file in Excel using all default options. The field and text delimiters will match those in the TXT file, ensuring proper formatting.
