Creating VR Panoramic Images in Lumion 8: Step-by-Step Guide (Part 1)

VR panoramic images are commonly used for convenient and quick model viewing. Here is a step-by-step guide on How to Use Lumion 8 to Create VR Panoramic Images.

1. Launch Lumion 8 and Open Your Project
Start Lumion 8 and open your desired project, as shown in the image.

2. Import Your Model and Access Panorama Options
After importing your model, click the “Panorama” options located at the bottom right corner of the interface, as illustrated in the figure.

3. Enter Panorama Mode
Once you click to enter, you will be presented with an interface similar to the one shown in the figure.

4. Select Viewpoints and Save Images
Just like in photo mode, choose a viewpoint from which to capture and save your image. See the example below.
Note: The viewing angle height here is the same as the height when browsing the panorama. Make sure the height is set to a moderate level—not too high or too low—for optimal viewing experience.

5. Enhance with Special Effects
After saving your first viewpoint, you can add special effects from the menu in the upper left corner to improve the display, as shown in the figure.
