Comprehensive Cutaway Model

Master Plan

For relatively complex spatial beam structural components, ArchiCAD’s beam section tool was utilized for detailed modeling. This approach realistically simulates the steel structural sections and their interaction with interior finishes.
The undulating sloping roof is a key design feature. Using ArchiCAD’s Cadimage roof tool, the structure of the roof slate tiles and their underlying layers are accurately represented. This allows the model to capture multiple structural layers, enabling 3D section views to clearly reveal the node details.
Throughout the design process, BIM models were used to compare and refine local solutions, helping to select the most optimal implementation plan.

As the project moved into the construction drawing phase, ArchiCAD was selected after careful evaluation to support detailed design within the BIM workflow.
During architectural construction drawing development, ArchiCAD’s seamless DWG converter facilitates interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring effective project coordination across all teams.
