China’s Premier Real Estate Exhibition
The 45th China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Expo 2018
(The Housing and Urban Rural Development Expo) is dedicated to showcasing the entire real estate industry chain. The event attracted over 800 renowned enterprises presenting their latest products. More than 50 themed forums and new product launches were held, with extensive coverage from over 300 media outlets.
The expo welcomed over 60 mayors, 120 leaders from land and planning departments, and 500 officials from construction commissions, housing, and urban-rural development agencies. Representatives from 283 city governments, land, planning, housing, and urban-rural development departments across 187 cities and counties in 21 provinces and 3 centrally governed municipalities participated.
With 4,805 new land projects involved, the expo brought together real estate developers, general contractors, construction units, design institutes, and other key project leaders for exchange and collaboration. The event attracted more than 108,000 visitors. Impressively, over 80% of participating organizations reserved booths for the 2019 exhibition on site.

China Real Estate New Project Direct Procurement First Exhibition
The 2019 China (Shenzhen) International Green Building Industry Exhibition (“CIGBI”) serves as a key thematic exhibition within the “Whole Industry Chain” at the 46th China (Shenzhen) International Real Estate Expo. It is designed to fully implement the spirit of the “Green Building Action Plan,” the “13th Five-Year Plan for Prefabricated Buildings,” and the “13th Five-Year Plan for the Development of the Construction Industry.”
