This design is located at Donghai International Center in Shenzhen, occupying the 9th and 10th floors of the office building.

In recent years, co working has swept the globe, and the design style of co working is mostly similar to that of coffee shops. We hope to design a co working space that is different from the mainstream style. Our company specializes in hotel design and combines our company’s advantages. From the beginning, we started with the concept of the hotel’s executive lounge, incorporating elements such as wood and green, hoping to create a comfortable working space in high-rise office buildings. We hope that users can feel grounded even in the high altitude away from the ground.

The Nature Lounge is the main concept of this design, which incorporates “natural” elements such as wood and green while creating a simple space, aiming to create a space filled with non daily feelings like a hotel executive lounge.
When the user comes out of the elevator hall, they see a whole walnut wood wooden door. As they approach, the facial recognition door slowly opens, and a whole green wall is displayed. We present the two major elements of the design, “wood” and “green”, to the user in a straightforward way. Then the user enters our design space, and on the left side is the reception desk. Only after passing through the front desk can the overall lobby be seen. There are passages and office areas connected at the ends of the lobby. From the entrance to the front desk, then to the lobby, and finally to the office, we aim to embody the sense of rhythm in our design, which involves a transition from start to finish.

In the two-story space, we have built four rest halls of different sizes and functions, rich in design changes. In the main lounge, we consider the symmetry of the overall space and the visual axis as a continuous element, integrating the hard and soft decoration design to create a continuous and unified space in design.

In addition, in order to accommodate a wider range of activities and behaviors, we have set up various seating options such as long table seats, booths, sofas, and bar counters in public spaces. At the same time, the design also ensures that green plants can be seen from any seat. In addition, from the perspective of transforming the atmosphere, five themed conference rooms with different styles have been designed and arranged. In order to better integrate with the design theme in terms of art, the design team specially invited Japanese artist Yuki Wakasa to create a series of original BIM artworks and arrange them among them.

For the office section, the design imagines it as a hotel room with a deep blue carpet on the floor. In addition to the BIM tutorial, for offices near the core tube, in order to enhance their value, we have set up mini courtyards with moss and small stones as the main elements between the offices. At the same time, in order to avoid walking too monotonously in the aisle, we also designed benches and a secondary lounge as supplements. In order to ensure that the identification can be consistent with the overall interior design concept, the design team has also specially designed an original unified identification system.
