How to Change the Material of Mullions in Revit
After placing mullions on a curtain wall, you can easily change the material for all mullions of that specific type. To do this, start by selecting the mullion in the drawing area.
Then, in the Attributes palette, click on Edit Type.
Within the Materials and Finishes section, choose the desired material for the mullion.
If the material you want is not available, you have the option to create a new mullion material.
Once selected or created, click Confirm to apply the changes.
Note: Changing the material of a mullion family type will update the material for all mullions of that type across your project. If you want the material change to apply only to mullions on a single curtain wall, you should create and assign a new mullion family type.
