Step 1: Component Lifting
Prefabricated balcony panels and air conditioning panels are lifted using a four-point lifting method.

Control Points:
① The trial lifting height of the sun platform and air conditioning panel should not exceed 1000mm. Verify the accuracy of the lifting point positions, ensure the component is horizontal, and confirm that the forces on the slings are evenly distributed.
Step 2: Measurement and Layout
Before installing the prefabricated balcony panels and air conditioning panels, measure and mark the corresponding control lines.
Step 3: Support Frame Installation
The bottom supports of the prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels are provided by steel pipe scaffolding, adjustable top supports, and wooden supports. Prior to hoisting, check for any deviations in support height and make necessary adjustments.

Control Points:
① Prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels should be supported using socket and bowl buckle scaffolding. The support elements must have reliable rigid connections to the structural walls, and diagonal braces or similar structural measures should be installed to ensure the overall stability of the scaffolding.
② When dismantling suspended components like prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels, in addition to achieving the concrete structure’s design strength, ensure the components can bear the loads transmitted from the upper balconies through the supports.
Step 4: Installation in Place
During hoisting, prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels should be suspended about 100mm above the support position. Adjust them to ensure the anchoring steel bars interlock properly with the reserved steel bars of the existing structure before installing them in place. Installation should be slow and careful, aligning component edges precisely with the control lines.

Control Points:
① Once the prefabricated components are hoisted into position, horizontal anti-slip connection measures should be installed. If necessary, weld connections should be added between the beams and slabs of the cast-in-place parts.
② The length of balcony and air conditioning panels should follow the dimensions specified in the drawings. The outer edges of new panels must align with those of the existing completed panels.
③ Prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels must have secure and reliable edge protection on the exterior to ensure the safety of workers on the upper parts of the panels.
Step 5: Review
After installing prefabricated balcony and air conditioning panels with hooks, conduct calibration and review to ensure installation quality.
Control Points:
Check component positions carefully, make minor adjustments to ensure horizontal alignment, and finally adjust elevation using U-shaped brackets.
