This project is located in Taiyuan City, covering a planned net land area of 64,748.03 square meters. It will be developed in two phases, with the first phase encompassing a total construction area of 129,004 square meters. Four individual buildings will be constructed, accommodating a total of 928 households. The overall prefabrication rate exceeds 35%, with an assembly rate over 67.4%. This marks the first assembled integrated shear wall structure project in Shanxi Province.

The project is guided by five core concepts: wisdom, ecology, innovation, education, and party building. It leverages intelligent digital management and BIM technology to establish smart construction sites. Construction management is integrated with technological, knowledge, and managerial innovations to foster an innovative environment. Additionally, the site promotes education through internal training, training bases, and expert guidance.

The technology applied to floors five and above in this project is the assembled integral concrete shear wall structure system combined with a grouting sleeve system. This approach offers several advantages: it is mature and reliable with practical implementation; ensures stable quality, simplifies on-site operations, and enhances construction efficiency; and better preserves the overall structural integrity.
Site Arrangement
A circular, closed construction road with a 10-meter width and a 12-meter turning radius has been established on site to ensure smooth vehicle maneuvering.

Each building is equipped with a 7528 tower crane capable of lifting up to 6 tons at a 50-meter arm length.

Once construction reaches the 12th floor, indoor construction elevators will be installed for vertical transportation up to the 10th floor and below.

The two underground floors and garage connections are built using traditional methods. Steel scaffolding surrounds the underground perimeter, extending up to the top of the four above-ground floors.

Construction of Reinforced Zone at Shear Wall Base
The reinforced area at the first-floor shear wall base is constructed using traditional structural methods, with the wall formed by cast-in-place concrete. The floor slab combines composite panels and cast-in-place reinforced concrete layers. Prefabricated assembly of standard floors begins from the fifth floor upward.

Industrial Transportation
Prefabricated components are manufactured and shipped by Shanxi Jiantou Yuanda Construction Industrialization Co., Ltd.

Components are transported to the site using 13.5-meter specialized trucks. The truck bodies and accompanying transport shelves are left at designated site locations.

The truck heads shuttle back and forth continuously to maintain transportation flow.

Horizontal components such as prefabricated balconies, composite panels, and air conditioning panels are stacked sequentially according to the lifting plan and labeled. Prefabricated beams, stairs, and other components are also stacked in order.

A truck remains on site for necessary transport of components and shelves.

Positioning of Steel Bars in the Transition Layer

Prefabricated wall panels connect to steel bars above and below via grouting sleeves, requiring precise steel bar positioning. This is achieved using perforated positioning steel plates identical to those in concrete component manufacturing plants.

Prefabricated Wall Installation
The prefabricated exterior wall positioning edge line and a 200mm control line are marked on the floor slab based on the positioning axis.

A 500mm horizontal control line is drawn on the prefabricated wall before hoisting.

Vertical connection steel bars embedded in the floor slab are inspected, misaligned bars corrected with sleeves, and steel gaskets installed.

Sealing sponge strips are placed at the external wall panel insulation layer to prevent grout leakage during sleeve grouting.

Floor-level operators communicate with the tower crane operator via walkie-talkies in real time during lifting.

When the wall base is 1000mm above the floor, the lowering speed is reduced.

With guidance from professional operators, the wall panel is carefully positioned.

Gaps between prefabricated walls and floors are shaped into enclosed compartments of varying sizes.

Each compartment should not exceed 1.5 meters in length, and seams must be tightly sealed to prevent grout leakage.

Grouting Construction
After 24 hours of filling, grouting preparation begins. Specialized grouting material is mixed according to design and product specifications.

Mechanical mixing is performed for at least 5 minutes.

After thorough stirring, the slurry rests for three minutes to test flowability.

Once liquidity tests pass and compressive strength test blocks are retained, grouting commences.

Grouting is performed using a pressure pump injecting grout from the lower hole. When grout emerges from the upper hole, the upper hole is sealed. Upon sealing the final hole, pressure is maintained for 30 seconds to guarantee quality.

Each batch of mixed grouting material must be used within 30 minutes before preparing the next batch.

Electromechanical Installation
Electrical wiring boxes and composite panels in the prefabricated building are pre-embedded and formed at the component factory, ensuring accurate positioning and firm fixation. Locking nuts are installed on all four sides.

After the laminated boards are lifted into place, electrical conduits are laid on site.

All conduits pass through the truss reinforcement and connect to the conduit boxes.

Before construction, pipelines are optimized by adjusting routes, minimizing intersections, and securing conduits firmly above the floor slab.

To ensure proper connections between pre-embedded conduits in prefabricated walls and corresponding floor conduits, precise positioning is essential. Pre-embedded conduits are reserved according to decoration and component production drawings and oriented vertically upward, aligning with corresponding operating holes.

After the prefabricated wall is installed, pipe openings in the operating holes are cleaned and connected with short pipes and joints of matching diameter to ensure smooth conduit passage.

Once installation and acceptance of the operating hole are completed, the openings are sealed with mortar.
