Returning to the starting point, we face a challenging site—one that sparks architectural creativity. This village features uneven terrain with rooftops at varying heights, creating an irregular skyline.

In the distance, a prominent tower leaves a strong impression, standing in contrast to the modest buildings that surround it.

To address the diverse elements of the site, a thoughtful integration respects the venue’s inherent qualities while maintaining continuity. This integration is divided into three distinct parts, each using different materials to overcome initial site challenges and showcase unique characteristics with creative solutions.

Due to the proximity of neighboring buildings, parking is accommodated in a garage, freeing the space above. The terrace distinguishes the building, while a landscaped fence defines its boundaries. The quiet, reserved entrance limits access, making each arrival a special and intimate experience.

The architecture is organized in a simple, logical layout, with surrounding circulation routes connecting the interior spaces. All areas revolve around this main axis, sometimes as corridors, other times as distinct rooms. The experience shifts between bright and dim, transparent and opaque—an intriguing journey.
Upon arrival at the entrance or office, one stands at the edge of the town, connected to the street and its people yet distanced from social life. This creates a sense of separation and seclusion, inviting visitors to enjoy the serene landscape and the peaceful sounds of nature. Moving indoors, one ultimately reaches the private, introspective rear areas.
