The Hubei Building Energy Conservation Association, Hubei Construction Industry Association, Hubei Forestry Industry Promotion Association, Hubei Construction Survey and Design Association, Wuhan Real Estate Development Enterprise Association, and the Prefabricated Building Branch of the Wuhan Construction Industry Association, among others, have issued visit notices or highlighted at their annual meetings that the upcoming event will take place soon. From March 21 to 23, 2019, the opening ceremony of the Wuhan National Expo Center will mark the launch of the 5th Wuhan Prefabricated Building and Integrated Housing Exhibition.
After four rounds of preparation and development, this edition brings together renowned experts and expands its scale significantly. Participants include well-known companies such as China Construction Technology, Keyi Residential, Green Edge New Materials, Sany Construction, Sanmu and Forest VOLKSHOUS Walker House, Wuhan Construction Engineering, Hongtai Baoye, Longxin Construction Engineering, Jielong International, Beautiful Green Construction, Zhongzhen Zhugong, Huayuan Construction, Shengshida Chemical, Yongwei Security, Tanzhu Industry, Yinfeng Machinery, Hubei Wanao, Hubei Juhao, Hubei Huotou Xinghe, Hubei Chengchengzhi, Hubei Liwubao, Xinhonghua Machinery, Nantong Zhengdao, Liaoning Zhugong, Haosheng Electric Vehicle, Dingrongjia, Konile Machinery, Qingde Rigging, Ningbo Saixin, Ningbo Ruisheng, Ningbo Haocheng, Changgong Zhiyuan, Kangfu Precision Machinery, Maokai Fasteners, and many other prominent domestic and international enterprises. These companies will gather in Jiangcheng, Hubei, presenting the latest technological products in the thriving prefabricated market. Compared to the previous session, participation and scale have increased by over 50%.
In 2019, a series of forums will be held, including the Development and Industrialization Exchange Conference on Prefabricated Buildings and the Hubei Province Prefabricated Building Series Standards Promotion Conference. During these events, relevant leaders from the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Wuhan Urban Construction Commission will provide updates on progress, policy incentives, challenges, and trends in prefabricated construction across Wuhan and Hubei Province. Leading domestic experts and enterprises will also present the latest technological research findings. Notably, the industrialization of interior decoration is emerging as a new focus.
In 2018, the total output value of the construction industry in Hubei Province was expected to surpass 1.5 trillion yuan, maintaining its position as the third-largest industrial scale nationwide for five consecutive years, and the largest in the central region. The province also established and put into operation 21 prefabricated building production bases. Due to the doubling in size of this year’s prefabricated construction exhibition, half of the participating new enterprises will make their debut in Jiangcheng. This growth has attracted significant attention from organizations such as the Hubei Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Wuhan Municipal Urban Construction Commission, and various industry associations. The event has been widely promoted, attracting professionals from real estate, construction, design, and management sectors throughout Wuhan and the central region, all aiming to leverage the exhibition platform to accelerate the development of prefabricated construction in Hubei Province.
