Exhibition Introduction
The Tianjin International Building Industrialization Exhibition, known as CABE, is the only international building industry trade fair in North China offering comprehensive green building solutions. The exhibition promotes green building concepts, technologies, and best practices while encouraging the adoption of new technologies, products, materials, and processes in sustainable building materials.
This event aligns with the current trends of green, ecological, healthy, and comfortable building materials and supports policies from the 19th National Congress report, emphasizing the acceleration of ecological civilization reform and the creation of a beautiful China. With a focus on “internationalization, specialization, branding, and scale,” CABE prioritizes customer service and leverages its strong brand influence to support nearly a thousand domestic and international enterprises in building energy conservation and new building materials.
Centered in Tianjin, the exhibition radiates to over 20 provinces, cities, and regions including North China, Northeast China, and Northwest China. It serves as the premier platform for enterprises to expand markets, develop distributors and agents, and engage directly with supply and demand units such as decoration companies, engineering firms, and real estate developers.
The theme for 2019 is “Adhering to Green Development and Building a Green Home,” with a focus on “Low Carbon, Environmental Protection, and Green.” The event features six exhibition halls covering nearly 50,000 square meters, hosting about 700 exhibitors. It is expected to attract more than 30,000 visitors.
Prefabricated construction remains a core focus, drawing tens of thousands of trade dealers, engineering purchasers, designers, and construction professionals. With professional exhibition management, abundant audience resources, and excellent trade results, the exhibition continues to be an ideal platform for expanding product channels and promoting brands in the prefabricated construction industry.
Previous Review
The 2018 CIGBE Beijing Tianjin Hebei Construction Expo took place at the Meijiang Convention and Exhibition Center in Tianjin from November 16-18, 2018. Over 300 renowned building materials brands from 17 countries and regions participated, including companies such as Yuanda Zhugong, Tianjin Binghui, Zhongye Tiangong, China Construction Steel Structure, Beixin Group, Jinyu Group, Fushite, Qingdao Kerui, and Anzhong Co., Ltd.
Representatives from various industry sectors, including Beitongqiang, Zhengliming, and Xinhonghua, showcased their expertise. Exhibits spanned the entire construction and building materials supply chain. More than 18,000 professional visitors, including distributors, agents, purchasers, designers, construction and decoration engineers, and real estate developers, attended with great enthusiasm.
Post-event feedback indicated that 80% of participating companies were satisfied with the exhibition results.

Exhibition Rules
- Standard Booth (3m x 3m): Domestic enterprises ¥9,800 per booth; Foreign enterprises ¥20,000 per booth
- Indoor Clear Space (minimum 36 sqm): Domestic ¥1,000 per sqm; Foreign ¥2,000 per sqm
- Micro Special Equipment Booth (3m x 6m): ¥25,000 for 18 sqm (includes steel truss construction, painting, carpet, negotiation tables and chairs, lighting, etc.)
- Booth Equipment: three display boards, one inquiry table, two folding chairs, two spotlights, one paper basket, one 220V/5A power outlet, and company fascia board (Chinese and English names and booth number)
- Vacant spaces provide no facilities; exhibitors may arrange their own decoration or hire recommended construction companies
- New Technology Product Promotion and Seminars: ¥10,000 per 30-minute session. The organizer provides venue, tables, chairs, projector, lighting, and sound system; exhibitors should bring handheld devices
