How can you change the wiring solution using the new features in Revit MEP 2019? This version allows you to adjust routing for existing plumbing systems. To modify duct routing, select at least two duct segments within the section you want to route or align.
Next, click “Select multiple options”, then go to the “Layout” tab, and under “Routing Solutions”, activate the tools for adjusting pipe network routing. The “Wiring Solution” panel will display the following tools:
Placeholder: Shows a placeholder element representing the selected routing solution.
3D Primitives: Displays the 3D primitives corresponding to the selected routing solution.
Solution: 1 (of n total)
Use the arrow buttons to cycle through the suggested routing solutions. Select the one that best fits your needs.
You can then adjust the routing by adding, deleting, or dragging control points as required.
Once you are satisfied with the wiring, click “Complete” to apply your changes. Alternatively, click “Give up” to cancel editing the wiring solution without saving any modifications.
