BIM Software Tip: Revit View Optimization Navigation Settings
Revit 2014 introduces many practical new features, which I won’t cover individually here. You can discover them through daily use and official feature guides. However, one standout improvement I want to highlight is the optimized navigation settings for Revit 2014 views.
When I first launched Revit 2014, the most impressive upgrade I noticed was the view optimization during navigation. While you move the view, Revit automatically hides the model’s edges and switches to a borderless display mode. Once the view stops moving, it restores the edges and border display.
This dynamic adjustment helps reduce the hardware requirements on your computer during navigation, making the software run smoother and more efficiently.
