How Revit Accurately Represents Staircases in 2D Drawings

BIM Software Tip: Revit allows you to accurately represent a staircase in two dimensions.

By default, Revit cuts the section at the 1200 mm mark on the floor plan, displaying dashed lines above this height. But what if you want to remove these dashed lines? How can this be achieved? Here’s a simple method to guide you.

Adjust the View Visibility settings by disabling the stair and handrail section styles related to height and section planes.
