How to Draw Curved Slopes with Missing High Points in Revit

BIM Software Tip: How to Draw Curved Slopes with Missing High Points in Revit

When creating a curved slope, you might encounter missing elevation points, such as the one highlighted in the purple circle. In these cases, the exact elevation is unknown and cannot be directly referenced.

To address this, start by using the Slope tool to draw the initial slope. Set the slope ratio to 1:10, which is the maximum allowed slope, and adjust it accordingly.

Next, redraw the floor, since controlling elevation points on the floor is easier. For the points without a specified elevation (like the one in the purple circle), adjust their elevation based on the slope ratio. For points with known elevations, simply set them according to the given values.
