How to Completely Uninstall Navisworks, Including the Original Authorization Number
1) Begin by uninstalling the Navisworks software, including all associated applications such as Roamer and Freedom.
2) Next, delete the original Navisworks installation directory, typically found under Program FilesNavisworks *. This should include both the main software folder and the license authorization folder.
3) Remove all Navisworks-related directories within the application data folders for each user. These are usually located under C:Documents and Settings.
4) Open the Registry Editor (regedit) and delete any Navisworks entries found under the following paths:
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareHKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESoftware
5) After completing these steps, when reinstalling Navisworks and reauthorizing, the original authorization number should no longer appear.
