How to Double-Click to Edit Labels in Revit
There are four main ways to modify the properties of family parameters in Revit:
- Click on the family and adjust the parameters in the family attribute bar on the right side.
- Edit in the detailed list, which is ideal for batch modifications.
- Use the Modify > Clipper > Match Type Attributes tool for adjustments.
- Add annotation tags to the family and modify parameters directly within the tags.
In Revit 2012, you could modify some family parameters by double-clicking the label. However, starting from Revit 2013, double-clicking opens the family editing mode, which makes double-clicking to edit labels more difficult.
Actually, in Revit 2013, double-clicking to modify tag content was still possible, but the process was slower.
