How to Fix Revit Elements That Are Connected but Not Intersecting

How to Fix the Issue of Revit Elements Being Connected but Not Intersecting

I often encounter this problem while drafting in Revit. So, how can we resolve it?

There are actually two effective methods:

1. Select one end of the beam, right-click, and choose “Do not allow connection”. This will enable a perfect connection.

2. When editing the beam, you may notice a fixed gap of 12.7 between the beam and the column. To fix this, extend the beam by 12.7 units beyond both the left and right ends, then lock this parameter value to maintain the adjustment.
