How to Quickly Display Individual Floors in Revit

When you want to display a specific floor in a 3D view, the common method is to use a section box to adjust the visible range. However, this approach can be time-consuming and tedious.

So, what is an efficient way to quickly view a particular floor?

The answer is to use the View Cube for navigation. This allows you to directly access and display individual floor views with ease!

Here’s how:

Right-click on the View Cube → Directional to View → Floor Plan → Select the desired floor plan.

It’s that simple!

To restore the full model view, just uncheck the section box in the view properties.
