How to Load Revit Files as a Group
When working on projects, there are limited methods to load files as a group. However, loading multiple Revit files as a group is an effective design approach, especially when linking other RVT files. This method ensures project integrity and allows for easier modifications.
To begin, click the menu button to open the dialog box. From there, select the project file you want to load. You can also choose whether to include elements such as elevation and grid before proceeding.
Once loading is complete, the files will appear under the Project Browser > Group. Below, you can see the file we just loaded.

The image above shows the elevation loaded within the project.
You can enter group mode to modify and edit the elements as needed.
