3. Construction Drawing Design
The objective here is to develop comprehensive models and drawings that serve as the basis for construction, installation, budgeting, equipment placement, and production. 5. Construction Implementation
The goal is to complete all contracted construction and installation tasks to meet acceptance and handover criteria. This involves executing the construction plan, while coordinating resources such as personnel, machinery, materials, and methods on-site. BIM facilitates:

- Engineering quantity statistics
- Equipment and material management
- Quality and safety oversight
- Building the completion model
6. Operations
At this stage, the focus is on managing building facilities to ensure functionality and performance meet operational requirements. Responsibilities include maintenance of facilities and equipment, asset and property management, and related public services. BIM applications encompass:

- Managing construction equipment operations
- Space management
- Asset management
